409 Greenwich Avenue

Construction of 409 Greenwich Ave was completed at the end of 2013. The three-story, 12,000 square foot building includes a 3,600 square foot restaurant designed by architect Richard Avery that is currently the site of celebrity chef-restaurateur Graham Elliot’s restaurant Primary Food & Drink.  Upstairs, on the second and third floors, JCS teamed up with the talents of Ridberg & Associates Architects of Greenwich, CT to design generously scaled residential apartments each offering exceptional detail and finely crafted interiors.
