Design/Build is an innovative approach where JCS heads up design as well as construction. JCS works closely with the owner right from site selection through start-up of the building project. We will assume centralized design and construction responsibilities.
This process eliminates the need for dealing with any other outside contractors, as all of the engineering, design, and ultimately construction of your project is handled under a single entity. Furthermore, by having the design and construction teams working alongside each other we are able to eliminate many potential engineering problems early on, saving time and money. Value Engineering becomes an important factor in reducing risk for the client while cutting down the time of the final delivery date of the completed project.
